Photograph of a digger and a van inside St Augustine Roman Catholic Church on Great Howard Street, Liverpool. The picture shows a crucifix, statues and frescoes above where the altar would have been. The church was built in 1848, and its last mass was in 1976. From then on it was used as a builders warehouse, as is seen in the image. The church was finally demolished in 1997.
