Photograph taken during Hardman's travels in Europe in the 1920s, this may be Barcelona or France. The photograph shows a wide street with trams lines (and a tram approaching in the distance) lined with large trees. On the right hand side of the street a man is pulling a cart, while a woman sits by the side of the road either reading or possibly knitting. On the left of the road is the 'Dominion Hotel' and to the right is a restaurant.
