The Tapestry Room at Canons Ashby, detail of an embroidered needlework walnut chair, upholstered by Thomas Phill of the Sign of the Golden Chairs in the Strand in 1714. The design incorporates bouquets of flowers and Delft pots. The tapestry behind is mid-17th century Flemish.
