View of Belton, English School, c.1720 on the West Staircase at Belton House. This shows the south front of the house enclosed by a wrought-iron fence (now gone), the West Courtyard to the left, and the church beyond. The outsize figure of the porter is holding the staff which now hangs beside the painting.
