Description

The North Drawing Room at Ham House, Surrey. This is the room to which guests withdrew from the Great Dining Room. The ceiling and frieze are by Kinsman. The ivory cabinet on the right hand side is probably Flemish or Dutch and was an object of enormous value. The carpet is Indian c.1650.
